Green Rush | 6.9% ABV

Every September brings the Green Rush: the annual influx of brewers and beer lovers to the Yakima Valley to search out the best fresh hops. We've got a front row seat from our family hop farm, and this year, we've again partnered with the legendary Russian River to create a fresh hop IPA that tastes like striking gold - fresh hop gold, that is. This fresh hop West Coast IPA features freshly picked homegrown Simcoe® hops for vibrant aromas of grapefruit, peach, mango, and resin.

Citra Slicker | 6.2% ABV

When the hop-obsessed brewers from Seattle's Cloudburst Brewing make their annual pilgrimage east during hop harvest, magic happens in the Yakima Valley. Crisp, aromatic, and bursting with fresh hop character, Citra Slicker is the taste of collaboration at its finest. Fresh Hop Iowa Bar Fight | 6.4% ABV, 65 IBU

Tasting notes: The Iowa, a beloved one off, has returned in the fresh hop form. Why wouldn’t ya? Loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and a hefty firstful of fresh Strata hops from Crosby Farms in Woodburn, OR. It’s a sticky, resinous, fun brawl of citrus, resinous tropics, and a hint of cannabis. Killer Green | 7.3% ABV, 80 IBU

Tasting notes: It’s harvest time again! We present for your enjoyment Killer Green, loaded with Centennial hops from Crosby Hop farms. These juicy little pearls were jam packed with sticky lupulin this year, delivering sticky ripe citrus, dewy evergreen, and some lovely tropical cannabis aromas. Be Green. Drink Killer Green. Killer Red | 7.0% ABV, 70 IBU

Tasting notes: Killer Red is the first fresh hop beer we make each year with the first Centennials off the bines, with the hops arriving within two hours of being harvested. Piles of the fresh hops are heaped into the secondary for a massive dry hopping, giving this IRA aromas of Northwest rainforest, tangerine, and ripe grapefruit. Balanced, smooth and wonderfully aromatic, with a lovely rusty hue. Fresh hop IRA.

Mörder Weizen | 5.9% ABV, 35 IBU

Tasting notes: We have a sneaky Killer for you here. Morder Weizen blends German and American tradition. This heavily hopped Bavarian Wheat beer is loaded with fresh off the bine Crystal hops from Crosby Farms, in the Willamette Valley. Ripe grapefruit, and Meyer lemon lead the way, followed by orange marmalade, light evergreen, and dewy English garden.  It’s the best of both worlds. Fresh hop wheat beer.

Cherry Season Saison

Easy drinking farmhouse style ale with notes of clove and seasonal cherry.

Golden lager with mild sweetness and notes of bready malt and toast with mild bitterness.

Head Stash Fresh Hop IPA | 6.6% ABV, 69 IBU

Brewed with fresh Simcoe hops, this Northwest IPA is full-bodied, resinous, and piney. Citrus flavors of orange and grapefruit mingle with a light malt sweetness. Inhale deeply to experience the bold, dank aroma of this year's crop. Hops: Bravo, Chinook, Citra, Simcoe, Fresh Simcoe.

Fresh N’ Chronic Fresh Hop IPA | 6.9% ABV, 65 IBU

Packed with freshly harvested Citra hops, this hazy copper-orange IPA bursts with tropical hop character and a refreshing blend of green tea and juicy melon, finishing smooth and vibrant. Hops: Bravo, Centennial, Ekuanot, Mosaic, Fresh Citra.

Fresh Hop Luminosa IPA

Luminosa Fresh Hops are nothing short of magic. With waves of samba and merengue, Luminosa dances into this bright, bold IPA, bringing zippy notes of guava, tangerine, sage, and Meyer lemon zest.

Fresh Hop Hallertau Pilsner

A fresh, Pacific Northwest expression of, arguably, the noblest of hops. To make this fresh hopped German-style lager we brewed a crisp, yet bold and balanced pilsner with malts imported from Germany. It was then conditioned on fresh picked whole Hallertau Mittelfrüh cones from Goschi Farm. Tasting Notes: Fresh Noble, herbal, citrus, touch of spiciness.

Spinnaker IPA | 5.5% ABV, 48 IBU

A sessionable, slightly hazy, golden-orange IPA with a colorful hop profile of fresh tangerine, green peach orchard, lavender, guava, and passionfruit and a nutty backbone representative of fruity and tropical breakfast muffins.

Hop Everlasting Kernza Pale Ale | 5.3% ABV, 35 IBU

A crisp, balanced Pacific Northwest pale ale brewed with Kernza grain — a perennial crop that requires less water and tilling than traditional grains. This unique grain adds a crisp, cashew-like nuttiness and subtle tree nut character that complements the pine, citrusy punch, and gentle hop spice of Centennial and Chinook hops. The result is a refreshingly balanced ale with local roots and a sustainable, modern twist on a classic style.

Insatiable Fresh Hop IPA

Insatiable Fresh Hop IPA showcases Fresh Centennial hops, grown just 40 miles from the brewery at Goschie Farms. These hops are picked at peak freshness and raced to the brew kettle to be used immediately. This IPA has a clean, dry malt profile and a moderate bitterness with notes of lemon, pine, and fresh cut grass.

Robot Panda Fresh Hop IPA

Hopworks perennial favorite Robot Panda Hazy IPA has been fresh hop-ified. Fresh Amarillo hops from Crosby Farms bring intense orange and tangerine notes to the party. This compliments Panda’s aromas and flavors of papaya, pineapple, mango, and spruce.

African Amber

This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor.

Serengeti Wheat

This Northwest style Hefeweizen is unfiltered for a "cloudy" appearance and brewed with plenty of Yakima valley hops yielding a wonderful citrus finish, delicious with or without a lemon garnish.

Fresh Outta Portland

All that you love about Straight Outta Portland, with an amplified hit of fresh Strata hops from Goschie Farms. Lots of tropical notes of passionfruit intertwined with resiny dank aromas.

reFresh Hazy IPA

Taking a similar grain bill to our award winning MoHazeIc, we transitioned this beer as a showcase for Citra hops, most notably freshly harvested and direct from the farm into our tanks within an hour. Once at the brewery, we pulverize them to expose the lupulin glands within the hops. We try to capture that quintessential hop aroma from the field and put it into the glass. Bright aromas of grapefruit and orange zest intermingle with a dry hop of Strata and Nelson Sauvin.

Fresh Hop Mosaic West Coast IPA

This Fresh Hop west coast IPA pours a straw-gold color with apparent hop haze. Fresh aromas of pineapple, ripe berries and melon jump out of the glass. Bold flavors of peach rings, papaya and dried mango brighten the palate. Finishing big and sweet with a fresh hop twang!

Pumpkin Bier

Thick bright white foam on top of a pumpkin orange body. Aromas of vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and clove. Rich flavors of pumpkin pie with a touch of caramel. Finishes with a soft, creamy, and fluffy mouthfeel.

Tropic Haze

A seemingly magical reaction between a specialized yeast strain, oats, wheat, and an experimental hop variety results in a blossom of rich, tropical fruit flavor that is a feast for the eyes, with a silky-smooth texture and clean finish.

Hefeweizen

Old-World Charm, New-Aged Craftsmanship. Experience the timeless taste of our True Hefeweizen, where Bavarian tradition meets refreshing delight. Unfiltered and bursting with clove, vanilla, and banana accents, each sip harmonizes tradition and refreshment in perfect balance.

Fresh Hop Ridge Rider IRA

Red IPA made with traditional West Coast hops, crisp and hoppy with balanced bitterness and malt. Aromas of fresh pine, citrus, resinous cannabis, and subtle dark berries. Flavors of candied orange peel, fresh cut pine needles, resinous/skunky cannabis, and juicy berries.

Oktoberfrisch Festbier

Brilliant gold in color with toasty-doughy rich malt aromas. Light Toasty bread dough flavors with a soft malty richness. Subtle floral and grassy notes from the fresh hops, well balanced with a clean lager profile. Crisp but not dry, medium bodied with a creamy texture.

One Less Sprinter | 6.7% ABV

Brewed in Collaboration with Spinning Wheels Beer Project of Hood River. Fresh Hop IPA featuring Citra hops from Carpenter Ranches, balanced with Simcoe and Columbus Cryo.

Solerapy Session XPA - Vol. 6 | 5.2% ABV

Vol. 6 of our Extra Pale Ale series features Mosaic and Citra hops on a light bodied malt profile fermented with a familiar yeast strain from Chico.

Tempus Audaciae

2025 Fresh hop single hop Hazy IPA. Pellet Audacia in the boil and dry-hopped with fresh Audacia (Indie Hops). Huckleberry, currant, lingonberry and pomegranate mingle with rose, lilac and lavender.

Fresh-Bomb

2025 Fresh hopped and amped up version of our year-round beer, F-Bomb. Straightforward American IPA brewed with fresh Centennial (Goschie Farms) and dry-hopped with fresh Strata and Luminosa (Indie Hops). Sweet notes of strawberry really shine through from the Strata hops. 

Fresh Coast Hospitality IPA

This brew is a fresh hop version of our award-winning West Coast Hospitality IPA. Much like the non-fresh hop version, this beer is packed with the finest hand-selected PNW and New Zealand hops. However, this variant turns it up to 11 with the addition of a couple hundred pounds of wet Citra hops from our good friends at Coleman Agriculture in Independence, OR. Those fresh Citra hops provide big juicy notes of citrus and passion fruit, along with a spicy kiss of dankness.

Fresh Hop Rippin

This version of our award winning Rippin NW Pale Ale features freshly harvested Amarillo® hops, provided to us by our friends at Crosby Hop Farm in Woodburn, OR. These amazing freshies drop huge notes of ripe citrus medley with a distinct spicy and herbal dankness.

Yeet The Strata

Packed to the brim with hand-hurled Strata cones, this fresh hop IPA is an explosion of ripe strawberry, passionfruit, and dank green goodness. We didn’t just add the hops–we YEETED them in with reckless abandon. Juicy, resinous, and a little chaotic (in the best way) this beer is a celebration of hop harvest season and the joy of going all in.

Caught In The Rain

Blonde Ale with Pineapple, Coconut and Key Lime. Like a warm breeze through the Gorge, Caught in the Rain is your passport to a tropical escape. This sun-kissed blonde ale opens with the juicy sweetness of ripe pineapple, followed by creamy coconut and a zesty splash of key lime for a refreshingly tart finish. Light bodied and smooth, it’s the perfect pint for lazy river days, hammock hangs, or when you're just dreaming of a getaway.

Storyteller Fresh Hop Pale Ale | 5.8% ABV, IBU 55

An enchanting beer from beginning to end! Storyteller Fresh Hop Pale Ale was brewed with Centennial hops from Crosby Hops. This American Pale Ale has fresh and dank aromas mixing with heavy floral and citrusy sweet fruit flavors. The light grain bill will carry these hop aromas and flavors throughout the pint for a very hoppy ending.
